Most of the time dinner satifies your stomach so you turn to a late night snack. There is nothing wrong with a late night snack just have something small and something that is not junk food. Remember it is late, so you don't want junk food or even a soda to lay down with. One of my late night snacks to have is a strawberry shake.
With yogurt, strawberries and teaspoon of honey is good for digestion.
