I was doing research, I decided to look up food that is good for
the skin. I have found ten foods that are great for healthy skin. I will only post one per post. You will be suprised just as I am of the foods that great for your skin.
1. Chocolate
Believe it or not chocolate is one of the foods that fall under the category. Having cocoa hydrates your skin, You should eat atleast 70 percent cacao. Chocolate makes your skin glow. By having a couple pieces a chocolate a day can reduce your skin puffiness.
